蔵王ペンション村周辺には冬季には積雪があるため、冬季にはスタッドレスタイヤ等の雪道対応の装備が必要となります。また、公共交通機関の本数が少ないため、事前に時刻表等を確認しておくことをおすすめします。

【by public transportation】
Approximately 50 minutes by taxi from Yamagata Station on the Yamagata Shinkansen.
Take the Yamakō Bus “Yamagata-Zao / Zao-Yamagata” route bus and get off at “Zao Onsen Ski Resort” or “Sportsland-mae” bus stop, and walk for about 10 minutes.
【For those using a car】
It is about 20 minutes from Yamagata-Zao IC on the Yamagata Expressway, or about 20 minutes from Yamagata-Kaminoyama IC on the Tohoku Chuo Expressway. There is a free parking lot within the Pension Village.

Zao Pension Village is covered with snow during the winter season, so snow tires and other equipment for driving on snowy roads are necessary. Also, because the number of public transportation services is limited, it is recommended to check the timetable in advance.
